Chasing Camels evolved from our lifelong love of travel and the joy we found in exploring the world together. Inspired by the adventurous spirit and resilience symbolized by camels. Chasing Camels reflects who we are, partners in marriage, business, and curiosity since 1995. What began as a playful name for our shared adventures soon grew into something more meaningful.

As we stepped into a nontraditional “retirement,” our travels took us across continents, connecting us with vibrant cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible people. Along the way, Heidi discovered a passion not only for planning and coordinating our own journeys, but also for helping others create memories of their own. That passion led her to become a travel advisor so she could share her experiences, insights, love of spreadsheets, and of discovery with fellow travelers.
